ZRO1833A1LF: Low Phase Noise VCO from Z-COMM

		This low phase noise VCO from ZCOMM has been developed for L-Band Applications (1832 - 1834 MHz). The VCO has a typical phase noise of -117 dBc/Hz @ 10 KHz offset and a typical tuning sensitivity of 5 MHz/V.

The ZRO1833A1LF is an Ultra Low Phase Noise VCO that operates from 1832 - 1834 MHz, the VCO is designed to deliver a typical output power of 4.5 dBm at 5 Vdc supply while drawing 25 mA (typical) over the temperature range of -40º to 85º C. This VCO features a typical phase noise of -117 dBc/Hz @ 10 KHz offset, a typical tuning sensitivity of 5 MHz/V and a second harmonic suppression of -20 dBc. The VCO is housed in Z-Comm's standard MINI-16-SM package measuring 0.5 in. x 0.5 in. x 0.22 in. It is available in tape and reel packaging for production requirements. The ZRO1833A1LF is also ideal for automated surface mount assembly and reflow.
