The AFIC901N is a two-stage LDMOS transistor that operates from 136 MHz to 941 MHz. It provides an output power of 1 W with 63% drain efficiency and a gain up to 30 dB. The transistor can be operated at 3.6 or 7.5 V and is targeted for applications where power for radio range and efficiency for battery life are key design requirements. It is housed in a 24-lead QFN package that measures 4 x 4 mm and is ideal for automatic meter readers, machine-to-machine applications, supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) systems.
