The SFV Series are sub-harmonically pumped up-converting mixers from Sage Millimeter. This range of GaAs Schottky beam lead diode and MMIC based mixers operate at frequencies from 18 to 110 GHz. These sub-harmonically pumped up-converters are used in many communication systems where superior harmonic and spurious performance are required. The up-converters have an extremely low LO signal leakage at RF port. The LO Frequency is half of the RF frequency which reduces the system cost considerably.

These sub-harmonically pumped up-converting mixers are ideal for use in communication systems, radar systems and for test and measurement. They cover all waveguide bands from 18 GHz to 110 GHz.
