V846ME24-LF

VCO  by Z-COMM
V846ME24-LF - VCO from Z-COMM

The V846ME24-LF operates at 3100 to 3500 MHz with a tuning voltage range of 1 to 12 Vdc and provides better than 1.1:1 tuning linearity. This high performance VCO features a spectrally clean signal of -114 dBc/Hz @ 100 kHz offset and a typical tuning sensitivity of 62 MHz/V. The V846ME24-LF is designed to deliver 3 dBm of output power into a 50Ω load while operating off a 5 Vdc supply and drawing typically 22 mA of current. This low noise VCO operates over the extended commercial temperature range of -30 to 80ºC. The V846ME24-LF features typical second harmonic suppression of -20 dBc and comes in Z-Comm's standard, low profile MINI-14H-L package measuring 0.5 in. x 0.5 in. x 0.13 in. It is available in tape and reel packaging for production requirements making it ideal for automated surface mount assembly a...More
