CST to Exhibit at EuMW 2016

CST will be at the upcoming European Microwave Week exhibition in London from October 4th to 6th. At Booth #5, they'll be available to discuss simulation challenges and requirements, previewing the upcoming CST STUDIO SUITE 2017, and offering the opportunity to win prizes in their Student Edition Modeling Challenge.

Conference Workshops

They have two presentations in the Workshops and Short Courses sessions, both on Monday 3rd

Modeling Challenge

On Tuesday and Wednesday (4th – 5th), they’ll be hosting the CST STUDIO SUITE Student Edition Modeling Challenge. To take part, come to their booth and, using CST STUDIO SUITE Student Edition, follow the instructions to model and simulate a coaxial-to-waveguide transition. Everyone who successfully simulates the transition will be entered into a prize draw. The prizes are:

Support and CST STUDIO SUITE 2017 Preview

Expert CST engineers and salespeople from across Europe will be at their stand, and will be available to discuss your simulation needs and challenges. They will be unveiling the upcoming version of their software, CST STUDIO SUITE 2017, and presenting its new features, including:

  • Filter Designer 3D
  • Non-periodic array simulation
  • Antenna-to-antenna coupling simulation on large platforms with the asymptotic solver

Simulation Meets Measurement

An example from their successful “Simulation meets Measurement” workshop, a joint venture between CST and Rohde & Schwarz, will also be coming to London. At the booth, they’ll will be demonstrating the measurement of a planar low-pass filter with a Rohde & Schwarz VNA, and the simulation of the same filter in CST STUDIO SUITE, in order to show how the two complement each other.
