Cellular Mimo Yagi polarization

I have noticed that a number of foreign manufacturers offer  dual Yagi antennas that are oriented 90 degrees to each other.  Why is this difficult to find in the US?  I wouldn't think that dual Yagis would offer much advantage if they weren't oriented differently.
