Southwest Antennas, an industry leader in rugged RF / Microwave antenna and accessory products, announced that they have been awarded an Indefinite Quantity Indefinite Delivery (IDIQ) contract from a major US Federal Law Enforcement agency, for $4.9 million over the next five years.
This award will see Southwest Antennas supply high-performance antennas, accessory products, and engineering services in support of upgrading existing communication technology and the deployment of new systems used by federal law enforcement officers.
Benjamin Culver, co-owner and president of Southwest Antennas said that over the last 15 years, the company has worked to support its partners across all Federal Law Enforcement agencies, including as a subcontractor on a major federal contract awarded in support of law enforcement technology deployment. Their engineering and design teams have worked to bring best-in-breed antenna technology to market that enables the dynamic communication infrastructure operated by today’s law enforcement teams to protect life and property. This contract win is recognition of the hard work their team has put into supporting their partners in the Federal Law Enforcement community.
