Modelithics has released version 26.2 of its COMPLETE Library for use with Keysight RF Synthesis (Genesys), with the update focused on expanding available component models and improving simulation capability. The new version introduces 42 scalable models that together represent more than 2,700 components from 15 vendors, bringing the total coverage of the library to over 31,000 commercial components.
A key part of this release is the expansion of passive component models. New additions include components from vendors such as Amotech, Kyocera-AVX, Coilcraft, Dalicap, International Manufacturing Services, Knowles, Murata, NIC Components, Passive Plus, Susumu, TDK, TTM Technologies, and Vishay. These models cover capacitors, inductors, and resistors, and are designed to work across a range of frequencies, substrates, and component values.
The library continues to use measurement-based global microwave models, meaning the models are created using real test data rather than assumptions. This allows them to behave more like actual components and also lets users adjust different factors including size, material, or value while maintaining accuracy, including handling complex effects like resonances and energy losses.
The update also improves system-level modeling by enhancing how larger circuit sections are represented. Instead of working only with small individual components, engineers can now more easily simulate functional blocks like filters, attenuators, and amplifiers. These larger blocks are built using the same measurement-based approach, which helps ensure that their behavior remains consistent with the individual components. This makes it easier to design and test both small parts and complete systems within the same environment, without losing accuracy.

Modelithics is exhibiting at booth 18028 at IMS 2026. The company provides access to selected models for 90 days through its Modelithics Vendor Partner (MVP) program.
