The S32R274 from NXP Semiconductors is a Microcontroller for automotive and industrial high-performance radar applications. It has Dual Power Architecture® e200z7 32-bit CPU and Dual Power Architecture e200z4 32-bit CPU with checker core. The microcontroller has 2 MB of flash memory with ECC and 1.5 MB of SRAM with ECC.

The S32R274 addresses advanced radar signal processing capabilities and merge it with microcontroller capabilities for generic software tasks and car bus interfacing. It meets the high-performance computation demands required by modern beam-forming fast chirp modulation radar systems by offering signal processing acceleration together with powerful multi-core architecture. ?

The microcontroller supports Zipwire, 2x SAR-ADC, 2x SPI, 2x I2C, 3x FlexCAN (including 2x CAN FD), Flexray™, LINFlexD and Ethernet interfacing options. It has CSE2 (Cryptographic Services Engine) for additional security.
