The JNB-KAM050 from Wavestream is a Ka-Band Deck Block Up-Converter that converts an input frequency from 1000 to 2000 MHz to an output frequency from 30 to 31 GHz. It provides a saturated output power of 50 watts (25 W of linear power) with a small signal gain of 62.5 dB. The device operates over an AC supply voltage of 90 to 264 VAC and draws up to 400 watts of power (at linear output power). This BUC is available in a module that measures 12.5 (L) x 14 (W) x 6.5 (H) inches with an N-type female connector at the input and a WR-28 waveguide interface at the output. It has been designed to operate in the most extreme environments and offers field-proven reliability to support satellite communication applications.
