The RG50xQ Series from Quectel are Sub-6 GHz 5G Modules that are designed for IoT and M2M applications. These modules support both 5G NSA and SA modes and deliver data rates of up to 2.5 Gbps (downlink), and 900 Mbps (uplink). They are compatible with 3G/4G networks and have an integrated GNSS receiver that is based on the Qualcomm IZat location Gen9C Lite technology (GPS, GLONASS, BeiDou/Compass, and Galileo). The GNSS receiver provides quicker, accurate, and more dependable positioning capabilities.

The RG50xQ Series supports industry-standard interfaces such as USB 2.0/3.0/3.1, PCIe 3.0, RGMII, PCM, and UART and are compatible with Windows, Linux, and Android operating systems. They are ideal for IoT and M2M applications such as a business router, home gateway, STB, industrial laptop, consumer laptop, industrial PDA, rugged tablet PC, and video surveillance.
