The LE910S1 from Telit Communications is an Industrial Grade LTE Cat 1 Module that is ideal for IoT applications. It supports 2G fallback connectivity in remote areas where LTE networks have not rolled out yet. The module provides an output power of 23 dBm, an uplink data rate of up to 5 Mbps, and a downlink data rate of up to 10 Mbps. It can be optionally used as a GNSS receiver for satellite-based positioning and navigation and supports GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, and BeiDou constellations. The module requires a DC supply from 3.4 - 4.2 V and can be controlled via USB, UART, SPI, I2S, and SIM interfaces.
The LE910S1 is backward compatible with legacy 2G and 3G cellular technologies and is available in a 181-pin LGA package that measures 28.2 x 28.2 x 2.2 mm with an antenna interface.
