The MAPS-010163 is a GaAs pHEMT 6-bit digital phase shifter that operates from 1.4 to 2.4 GHz. It provides a phase shift from 0 to 360 degrees with an LSB of 5.6 degrees and has an integrated CMOS driver. The phase shifter has a low RMS attenuation error of 0.8 dB and minimal attenuation variation over the phase shift range. It is available in a 4 mm lead-free, 24 Lead PQFN package and it is ideally suited for beamforming antennas and phased array radars.
