The SOCMPS01 is an analog and digital combination phase shifter from SoC Microwave developed for beam steering phased array antenna systems. This MMIC Phase Shifter provides full 360-degree phase shift coverage from 24 to 28 GHz. The analog phase shifter is designed to give a constant phase variation or phase delta of 120 degrees. While the digital part of this phase shifter can be switched on to achieve an overall phase shift of 360 degrees.

These phase shifters have been developed on a 0.1μm GaAs pHEMT process and have a low insertion loss of less than 10 dB with an amplitude variation of under 3 dB. The phase shifter requires a bias voltage of -3.3/3.3 V and an analog voltage of 0-2 V.
