The SDL-3618 from Microphase is an SDLVA that operates from 6 to 18 GHz. It has a dynamic range of 70 dB with an absolute Accuracy ± 3 dB. This SDLVA combines the best performance features of regular successive Detection DLVAs and the conventional RF amplifier/Coupler extended range designs. A novel and unusual approach halves the number of successive detection points, thus simplifying gain and frequency compensation vs. temperature. This results in improved linearity, frequency flatness temperature stability and absolute accuracy. This SDLVA is available in a module with SMA Connectors.
