The MLD-1640 is a frequency doubler/multiplier with an input frequency range of 8 to 20 GHz and an output range of 16 to 40 GHz. This multiplier has been designed using a computer aided Microlithic design technique that increases the fundamental suppression by over 10 dB to a 33 dB suppression across the band. This level of suppression gives system designers more flexibility with filter requirements on their high frequency LO generation chains. It is available in a standard .152" x .090" Microlithic chip or connectorized package.
