The LT-10500-03 from EM Research is a Fixed Frequency Synthesizer that generates an output signal at 10,500 MHz using an external 10 MHz reference. The generated signal has an output power of 3 dBm with spurious levels of less than -60 dBc, harmonics of lower than -20 dBc, and phase noise of under -110 dBc/Hz at 100 kHz offset. The synthesizer requires a DC supply voltage of 5 V and consumes 175 mA of current (typical). It is available in a module with extreme shock and vibration tolerance that measures 1.3 x 1.1 x 0.4 inches with removable SMA connectors for surface mount-ability and is suitable for SATCOM, ECM, Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs), and other airborne applications.
