The STuW81300 from STMicroelectronics is a dual architecture frequency synthesizer (Fractional-N and Integer- N) that generates two RF outputs from 1.925 - 8.0 GHz and 7.7 - 16.0 GHz. It has four integrated low phase noise VCOs with a fast automatic center frequency calibration within a single device. The synthesizer can generate a signal with a power level of 6 dBm at 6 GHz and 4 dBm at 12 GHz. It has low phase noise of less than -227 dBc/Hz. It is available in a 6 x 6 x 1 mm VFQFPN36 package and is ideal for satellite, infrastructure equipment and other wireless communication system applications.
