The NJG1159PHH-A from New Japan Radio is a GNSS Front-End Module that is designed GPS, GLONASS, BeiDou, and Galileo constellations. It has an integrated pre-SAW filter and Low-noise amplifier with high linearity. The LNA provides a gain of 16 dB and has a noise figure of less than 1.7 dB. The filter provides a high out of band rejection of over 55 dBc from 704-915 MHz.

The NJG1159PHH-A requires a DC supply of 2.8 V and consumes 3.7 mA of current. It is AEC-Q100 grade 2 qualified and has an operating temperature range from -40 to +105°C. The FEM is available in a package that measures 1.5 x 1.1 mm and is ideal for GNSS automotive and active antenna applications.
