The 8TR1111 from OctoTech is an RF Front-End IC that operates from 863 to 870 MHz and 902 to 928 MHz. It is designed for sub-GHz wireless systems, including Sigfox, LoRaWAN, WPAN, LPWAN, Z-wave, Weightless, and other proprietary ISM band wireless systems. This FEM consists of an integrated high power amplifier and an antenna switch. In the Tx mode, it delivers a saturated output power of 25 dBm with a small signal gain of 35 dB and has an isolation of 22 dB. In the Rx mode, it can handle an input P1dB of 20 dBm and has a bypass insertion loss of 1.5 dB.

The 8TR1111 requires a supply voltage from 1.8 to 3.6 V and is available in a 16-pin QFN package that measures 3.0 x 3.0 x 0.45mm. It is also suitable for IoT nodes, gateways, smart home, industrial & building automation, and range extender applications.
