The SKY5A5010 from Skyworks is a Rx Diversity Front-End Module (FEM) that operates from 758 to 2690 MHz. It is compatible with 3GPP GSM, WCDMA, LTE, LTE-A, and 5G standards and includes filters for B8, B26/5/18/19, B28A, B3, B39, B25(2), B34, B66(1/4), B40, B41(38), and B7 service bands. This module has integrated variable-gain LNAs, making it compatible with next-generation LNA-less LTE transceivers, and supports both Multi-On & N-Plexing technology for exceptional non-CA & CA performance. It supports cellular diversity receiver functions and all key 2 and 3-carrier aggregation band combinations.
The SKY5A5010 is AEC-Q104 standard qualified and has an integrated MIPI RFFE v3.0 interface. It is available in a module that measures 3.5 x 3.6 x 0.7 mm. This FEM is ideal for automotive, telematics (4G/5G), and Network Attached Device (NAD) applications.
