The QT625 Series from Q-Tech Corporation are Radiation Tolerant Hybrid SAW Crystal Oscillators that operate from 20 to 200 MHz. It has up to 4 CMOS outputs in a single package so it can save valuable space and costs. The oscillators require a supply voltage of 2.5 V or 3 V provides exceptional frequency and temperature stability for space satellite and other high-performance aerospace applications.

The oscillators can operate over a temperature range from  -55°C to +125°C and comply with MIL-PRF-38534, class-K for quality conformance inspection. These space-qualified oscillators are available in a 20-pin hermetically sealed ESD package and are ideal for master clock (for FPGA), satellites, and aerospace applications.
