The ISM3333 from Inventek Systems is a GPS receiver module that is designed for navigation applications. It based on the MediaTek MT3333 All-In-One multi-GNSS SoC and includes on-chip CMOS RF, digital baseband, ARM7 CPU and embedded flash memory. The module supports various location and navigation technologies, including autonomous GPS, GLONASS, GALILEO, BEIDOU, SBAS ranging (WAAS, EGNOS, GAGAN, and MSAS), QZSS, DGPS (RTCM) and AGPS.

This module offers a high-level of accuracy and Time-to-First-Fix (TTFF) with low power consumption. It provides a tracking sensitivity of -165 dBm for enhanced performance in dense urban environments. This GPS module acquires and tracks satellites in the shortest time even when indoors and can be controlled via UART. Its firmware can be programmed to support either GPS and Galileo or GPS and GLONASS simultaneously.

The ISM3333 is suitable for a wide range of applications such as wearable devices, portable devices, asset tracking / personal safety, sport cameras / equipment, smart watches, navigation devices, fleet management, and asset tracking.
