The ORG4475 from OriginGPS is a Multi-Channel GPS (1575.42 MHz) Receiver Module with SBAS, QZSS and other regional overlay systems that continuously track all satellites in view, providing real-time positioning data in standard NMEA format. The fully-integrated module uses OriginGPS Noise Free Zone System (NFZ™) technology to offer superior sensitivity, achieving rapid TTFF in less than one second, an accuracy of approximately two meters, and tracking sensitivity of -163 dBm. It has a high update rate of 5Hz (1Hz by default) and supports 48 channels simultaneously.
The ORG4475 miniature module is based on the with SiRFstarIV™ GPS SoC and integrates an LNA, SAW filter, TCXO, RTC crystal, and RF shield. The integration of a GPS SoC keeps the positioning payload away from the host, allowing integration in embedded solutions with low computing resources. This module has self-managed low power modes: ATP™, PTF™, and APM™. It is FCC, CE, VCCI certified and RoHS II/ REACH compliant. The SiP features an LGA SMT footprint (5.6 x 5.6 mm) with support for an active/passive antenna and is suitable for smartwatches, wearable devices, trackers and digital cameras.
