The GRF1201 from Guerrilla RF is a logarithmic, average power detector that operates from 100 to 6000 MHz. The device is manufactured using Heterojunction Bipolar Transistor Technology (InGaP HBT) and has a Detector Slope of 0.08 volts per dB (from –20 to +20 dBm of RF input power). It requires a supply voltage (Vcc) range of 2.7 to 5 volts. This RoHS-compliant power detector is available in a plastic DFN package that measures 1.5 x 1.5 x 0.5 mm and is ideal for use in 5G infrastructure, automotive, cellular boosters/das, navigation, wifi, wireless audio, and military applications.
