The ZV47-K44RMS+ from Mini-Circuits is a high-accuracy RMS Power Detector that operates from 100 MHz to 40 GHz. It can be use to detect power levels in the from -35 to 0 dBm and an output voltage from 0 to 1.2 V. The detector provides a linear-in-dB response with a logarithmic slope of 28 mV/dB. The DC output voltage of the detector provides an accurate representation of the average signal power applied to the RF input. It operates over a DC power supply of 3.3 V and consumes 30 mA of current. The detector is available in a compact module that measures 0.84 x 0.96 x 0.38 inches with 2.92 mm connectors and is suitable for use in point-to-point microwave links, instrumentation and measurement equipment, military radios, LTE/Wi-Fi/WiMAX wireless networks, RMS power measurement, receive and transmit gain control and RF PA transmit power control.
