The LNB-20200-10 from EMResearch is a Triple-Band Low Noise Block Downconverter that converts an input frequency (RF) from 17.70-18.70 GHz, 18.45-19.45 GHz, and 19.20-20.20 GHz to an output frequency (IF) from 950-1950 MHz. This downconverter has a low noise phase locked integrated LO (16.75/17.50/18.25 GHz), provides a gain of 60 dB, and has a noise figure of less than 1.5 dB. It provides more than 50 dB of image rejection and has a phase noise of -95 dBc/Hz @100 kHz offset. This downconverter requires a DC supply from 11.0 to 19.5 V and consumes less than 800 mA of current.
The LNB-20200-10 is available in a module (hermetically-seal optional) that measures 4.22 x 3.85 inches and has a WR-42 waveguide flange interface and SMA-female connectors for IF, DC, and reference ports. It is designed to operate in harsh airborne environments and terrestrial terminals and is suitable for use in satellite broadband, SATCOM, and airborne (for Wi-Fi connectivity) applications.
