The FM-SG1K3W0CGH from Fricke und Mallah Microwave Technology is a Solid-State Microwave Generator that operates from 2400 to 2500 MHz. It delivers an adjustable CW output power up to 1150 W (in 5 W steps) with an efficiency of more than 40% and also supports pulse operation with 20 kHz pulses (duty cycle from 20 – 100 %). This generator includes an isolator for protection against total mismatch and a lockable knob switch to turn on the generator. It can be water-cooled and is suitable for industrial and scientific applications.

The FM-SG1K3W0CGH integrates real-time monitoring and fully automatic operation (through an optionally available software) with a user-friendly control panel which is allowing users to do easy set-up and control. It includes RS232, USB, and RJ45 Ethernet interfaces. For local operation (stand-alone), the control panel gives an overview of important parameters such as frequency, forward and reverse power, error management, and temperature of the generator. For the remote connection, the basic functions of the generator can be queried via the SCPI protocol.
