The RIM25300-20G from RFHIC is a Solid-State Microwave Generator that operates in the ISM band from 2400 to 2500 MHz. It delivers a CW/Pulsed output power of up to 300 W in 1 W steps with an efficiency of up to 60%. This microwave generator is built using GaN-on-SiC HEMT transistors and is equipped with a Phase-Locked Loop (PLL) synthesizer that generates a signal without external noise and provides an excellent frequency spectrum at both low and high power levels. It requires a DC supply of 50 V and offers digital adjustability of power, phase, and frequency parameters.

This RoHS-compliant microwave generator is available in a module that measures 200 x 120 x 30 mm with N-type (female) connectors and RS-232 I/O interface. It is capable of providing high power levels along with high system efficiency and is ideal for microwave CVD equipment, plasma generation, building block for high power systems, microwave heating, and drying, and semiconductor equipment.
