The HMC1126 from Analog Devices is a MMIC distributed power amplifier that operates from 2 GHz to 50 GHz. It provides a P1dB of 17.5 dBm, saturated power of 21.5 dBm, an IP3 of 28 dBm with a gain of 11 dB. The amplifier requires a 5 V power supply and draws 65 mA of current.
