The KHPA0608-XXXWP from Hittite is a C-band pulsed amplifier that operates from 6 to 8 GHz. It is available in Dodecahedron package (DDH), designed to pack a high amount of power in a small footprint. One DDH can provide up to 500 W, two DDHs will provide up to 1000 W and four DDHs will provide up to 2000 W of pulsed output power at C band frequencies. The amplifier has rise/fall time of 200 nsec, a VSWR of 1.5:1 with a duty cycle of 20%. It requires a supply of 48 Vdc and is available with a Sma - female and N Type - female connectors.
