The LE-Ka1330302 from Arralis is a 3-stage GaAs MMIC Power Amplifier that operates from 17 to 21 GHz. It provides a gain of above 21 dB, output power of 22 dBm and a PAE of over 29%, while operating over a 3V supply and consuming up to 220 mA of current. The MMIC is fully passivated for additional protection and has all bond pads and backside gold plated. It is compatible with precision die attach methods, as well as thermo-compression and thermosonic wire bonding, making it ideal for MCM and hybrid microcircuit applications. The PA is available in a surface mount package and is ideal for space communications, IoT, security and high speed data communications.
