The LE-Ka1330308 from Arralis is a GaN Power Amplifier MMIC that operates from 17.5 to 20 GHz. It provides a saturated output power of 10 watts with a large signal gain of 20 dB and has a PAE of 25%. The device is fabricated on a space-qualified 0.25 µm GaN-on-SiC process and is integrated with DC blocking capacitors on RF ports. This 50-ohm matched amplifier is available in a chip that measures 3.6 x 2.9 x 0.1 mm and is ideal for use in point-to-point radio and satellite communication applications.
