The LE-Ka1330308 from Arralis is a GaN Power Amplifier MMIC that operates from 17.5 to 20 GHz. It provides a saturated output power of 10 watts with a large signal gain of 20 dB and has a PAE of 25%. The device is fabricated on a space-qualified 0.25 µm GaN-on-SiC process and is integrated with DC blocking capacitors on RF ports.
