The ACPM-7788 from Avago Technologies is a multi-band, multi-mode power amplifier (PA) module that supports GMSK and 8-PSK modulation schemes and UMTS bands 1, 2, 3, 4, 34, 39, 5, 8, 13, 17, 20, 28A and 28B. It is compatible with MIPI RFFE and provide high efficiency. The amplifier is internally matched to 50 ohms and is housed in a fully matched 42-pin surface mount module that measures 5mm x 7mm.
