The EMD1715 from Eclipse Microwave is a GaAs PHEMT low noise distributed amplifier operating from DC to 20 GHz. It has a gain of 14.5 dB, P1dB of 20 dBm and a noise figure of 1.8 dB. This amplifier requires a supply voltage of 5 Volts and draws a current of 103 mA. It is available in a low cost QFN package and is ideal for VSAT, Microwave radio, test instruments and commercial and industrial applications.
