The EMD1725D from Eclipse MDI is a GaAs pHEMPT Distributed Low Noise Amplifier MMIC that operates from DC to 33 GHz. This LNA delivers a P1dB output power of 20.5 dBm (saturated power: 23 dBm) with a gain of 13.5 dB and has a noise figure of 3.5 dB. It requires 8V of supply while consuming 110mA of current.

The EMD1725D is an RoHS compliant amplifier that is available in a 4mm leadless QFN package (2.3 x 1.55 x 0.1 mm). It is also available as a Die upon request. This amplifier requires an off-chip choke & blocking caps for broadband operation. It is suitable for commercial and industrial applications.
