The Model 2175 is a high power amplifier that operates from 80 to 1000 MHz and delivers 500W of broadband output power in a 3U, air cooled chassis. The amplifier provides excellent performance for end applications that include, but are not limited to, test and measurement, electronic warfare, and communications. It is Suitable for CW, AM, FM and pulse (Consult factory for other modulation types). The Model 2175 utilizes high power LDMOS devices that provide wide frequency response, high gain, high peak power capability, and low distortions. User interface capabilities of this amplifier that are standard with Empower next generation designs allow the user to initiate remote management and diagnostics via an embedded web server, enabling network managed site status and control simply by connecting the units Ethernet port to a LAN. Using a web browser and the units IP address (IPV4) allows ease of access with the benefit of multilevel security. The control system core runs an embedded OS (Linux).
