The AMP3004-1P from Exodus Advanced Communications is a solid state pulsed power amplifier that operates from 9.1 to 9.5 GHz. The amplifier provides a pulsed output power of over 200 watts with a power gain of over 48 dB. It has a pulse width of 1 - 150 µS with a duty of 20%. This GaN amplifier is based on a class AB design and is ideal for high power - X-Band pulse applications. The amplifier is available in a high reliability, rugged module that measures 310 x 320 x 43 mm with a WR90 waveguide output interface and SMA female connector input interface. It also has built-in protection circuits.
