The FLNA-28-20 from Farran Technology is a Ka-band Low Noise MMIC Amplifier that operates from 26.5 to 40 GHz. It provides a gain of 20 dB with a low noise figure of under 5 dB. The amplifier requires an 8 V DC supply while consuming up to 100 mA of current.
