The F1423 from IDT is a TX differential input/single ended output RF amplifier that operates from 600 MHz to 3000 MHz. It provides a gain of 13.1 dB, a noise figure of 5.1 dB and an OIP3 of 41.8 dBm. This Tx amplifier offers high reliability and has an output P1dB of 21.5 dB. It requires a supply of 5V while drawing 120 mA of current (Icc). It is available in a 24-pin thin QFN package that measures 4 x 4 mm. This device can be used in transmitter applications.
