The ADM-0126-5835SM from Marki Microwave is a GaAs pHEMT distributed amplifier that operates from 1 to 26.5 GHz. This amplifier with an integrated bias tee has been designed to provide efficient LO drive for the Marki Microwave T3 Mixer Series (and other mixers). It provides a P1dB of 17 dBn, small signal gain of 11 dB, a noise figure of 4 dB and a TOI of 25 dBm. It requires a bias voltage of 5 to 7 V and draws 75 mA of current. The amplifier can be used in LO drive signals for mixers, clock signals, and other general purpose driver applications in electronic warfare and test and measurement.
