The MS010620 from Microwave Systems is a Multi-Octave High Power GaN Amplifier that operates from 1 to 6 GHz. It provides a saturated output power of 41 Watts with a small signal gain of over 55 dB which can be controlled digitally. This wideband amplifier has a built-in output power detector. It is available in a hermetically sealed package that measures 6.62 x 3.08 x 0.93 inches with SMA Female connectors. The amplifier is suitable for applications such as Communications Systems, Test Instrumentation, Broadband RF Telemetry, Point to Point Radio, and Fiber Optics.
