The NW-PA-S-10-C01-S01 from NuWaves is an S-Band Solid-State Power Amplifier that operates from 3 to 4 GHz. It delivers a saturated output power of 10 W with a small signal gain of 52 dB and 26% efficiency. The SSPA is based on Gallium Nitride (GaN) technology and has an ON/OFF switching speed of less than 2 μS. It features over-voltage and reverse-voltage protection and can operate over a wide temperature range from -40 °C to +60 °C. The amplifier requires a DC supply of 28 V and consumes less than 2.4 A of current.

The NW-PA-S-10-C01-S01 is available in a module that measures 3.25 x 2.00 x 0.50 inches and has SMA-female connectors.
