The CGY2260UH/C1 from OMMIC is a GaAs Low Noise Amplifier MMIC designed to operate in the K band from 25 to 43 GHz. It provides an output power of 8 dBm, a flat gain of 25 dB, and a noise figure of 1.6 dB. The amplifier has an I/O return loss of under 11 and 15 dB respectively. Due to its DC regulation, the gain and noise are very stable with respect to the temperature change.

The CGY2260UH/C1 is a 3 stage single supply LNA that requires +/- 1.5 volts of power supply. It is available in a die that measures 1.68 x 3.0 mm and is ideal for Radar, Telecommunications, Instrumentation, and SATCOM applications.
