The 5304043 from Ophir RF is a lightweight broadband, power amplifier module which operates from 2.5 to 6 GHz. It provides up to 50 W of saturated power, a gain of more than 50 dB with a flatness of 3 dB. It has a noise figure of 10 dB, harmonics of -20 dBc, spurious of -60 dBc and requires a 24 V DC supply. The 5304043 can accept CW/AM/FM/PM/Pulse input signal formats and operates in a class A/AB mode. It is ideal for wireless / communication, test &measurement, military and radar applications.
