MCCQ04

The MCCQ04 from Polyfet RF Devices is a Dual-Stage Power Amplifier Module (PAM) that operates from 20 to 520 MHz. It delivers an output power of 15 W (~41.76 dBm) with a power gain of 27 dB and an efficiency of 25%. This 50-Ohm power amplifier has second harmonic levels of better than -25 dBc and intermodulation levels of -15 dBc. It requires a DC supply of 24 to 32 V and consumes less than 30 mA of current. This Dual-Stage PAM is available as a module that measures 2.1 x 1 x 0.5 inches and can operate over a temperature range of -40 to 85 °C.
