The HT2121-15M is a 2 W GaN Hybrid Amplifier that operates from 2110 to 2170 MHz with a gain of 32 dB. It has been developed for 4G/LTE small cells, and consists of a GaAs E-pHEMT MMIC and state-of-the-art GaN HEMT connected in cascade. The HT2121-15M is packaged 20.5 x 15 x 3.5 mm module on an AlN (aluminum nitride) board which provides excellent thermal dissipation.
