The RRP9395080-50 from RFHIC is an X-band, GaN Solid-State Power Amplifier that operates from 9300 to 9500 MHz. The amplifier is designed with RFHIC’s state-of-the-art gallium-nitride (GaN) on SiC HEMT, providing excellent thermal stability and a high breakdown voltage and efficiency. The RRP9395080-50 is available in a module that measures 170 x 70 x 22 mm with an SMA-female input connector and N-type (female) output connector. It is designed for radar systems, satellite radar systems, and defence radar applications. The amplifier is fully matched to 50 Ohms and requires an external heat sink for cooling.
