The RRT54594K0-66 from RFHIC is a GaN Transmitter that operates from 5.4 to 5.9 GHz with an operating bandwidth of 500 MHz. It combines four 1.2 kW pulsed transistor modules to provide over 4 kW of power with a gain of 66 dB and an efficiency of 26%. This solid-state device has a pulse width of 1 to 100 microseconds and a duty cycle of 10%.

The RRT54594K0-66 is available in a module that measures 474 x 420 x 251 mm with SMA (F) at the input, WR-159 at the output port, and EIA- 422 control interface. It is designed to replace industrial magnetrons and other vacuum tubes that are currently used in high power applications.
