The RTH20007-10 is a GaN (Gallium Nitride) Doherty Hybrid Amplifier that operates from 1930 to 1990 MHz, designed for 4G/LTE Small Cells. The Amplifier has a high efficiency of 43% and provides over 7 W of power. Integrated with Asymmetrical Doherty configurations, RTH Series is packaged in a very small form-factor 28 x 19 x 4.8mm on AIN (aluminum nitride) board which provides excellent thermal dissipation.
